Daugharty Group Inc. understands the technical aspects associated with compensation programs; however, we also understand how a good compensation program fits into the overall picture of managing employees as assets of an organization. It is our ability to work on these two levels that makes us a leader in designing, implementing, and maintaining compensation programs in support of an organization’s goals. The following is a brief summary of our past involvements in this area:

  • Administered the Hay System for an Employer with locations Canada-wide
  • Implemented job evaluation/pay equity systems across Ontario for a range of private and public sector organizations
  • Developed and implemented the Daugharty Group Compensation Plan for numerous organizations in the public and private sectors
  • Assisted organizations with maintaining job descriptions and pay equity plans as well as working with employers, employees, and unions in resolving differences
  • Developed a bonus system for a large South Western Ontario automotive manufacturer
